We take no responsibility for incorrect information provided by You at checkout. Your order/product(s) will be posted as per your instructions and we will not be held responsible if those instructions are incorrect. If the wrong product(s) is sent or the order is sent to an incorrect address due to Your error, We will not be obliged to resend the order to an alternate address at our expense. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage during delivery as all deliveries We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will always do our best to investigate any missing or lost packages with our shipping providers on your behalf and do everything in our power to remedy the situation.
All our postage is handled by either Australia Post or Sendle. Orders can take up to fourteen (14) days for delivery although We will always make an effort to get the order/product(s) to you sooner, if possible. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Orders/product(s) are usually fulfilled within 24 hours of being purchased as long as:
- The order is received Mon - Fri (weekends & public holidays excluded)
- The order is received before 12:00pm (AEST)
- The relevant product(s) is available and in stock
We offers refunds for product which is damaged or faulty. Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the goods. To lodge a return, please email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order to advise what the fault is. You will then receive a response with instructions on returning the goods.
We will issue your refund (including the postage cost) as soon as we have received and inspected the goods you have returned. This is usually within 2 weeks of the day you post it back to us but may be slightly longer for international returns.
